Good Stories By People Other Than Me
This would be where I shill for other folks who write and/or archive good Buffy stories. A lot of these sites are on the main Unfit link page. The ones I'm listing here aren't any better than the rest of those sites. They're just the ones that remind me in some way of my own stories. Since I'm a Xander man, most of these links will take you to sites that are Zeppo-friendly. But hey, who's complaining?

Meg's
Stories
Meg's got a lot of really, really cool stories. I highly recommend them all,
but since we're concentrating on Xander here, let me direct you to a few specific
fics. Break
Away is angst, which Meg doesn't usually do, so let's get that out of
the way first. Call
Waiting: Xander is probably my favorite of the whole series. Girls
Night Out is just... odd. Underground
is probably my favorite of all Meg's stories, which is saying a lot.
Vic's
Stories
Vic usually X-Men or Smallville fic, of course. You can find
all of her stuff here.
When she does write Buffy or Angel fic, she does it well. Too many of her stories
involving Xander have him shagging Angel for my taste, but she does have a few
saner interpretations of his character. Comfortador
is about what happened after the end of the recent season finale. Xander
Steps Up tells us what really happened that night at the Fabulous Ladies'
Night Club.
Jen's Stories
Jen doesn't write nearly enough stories involving Xander, if you ask me, but
all her stories are good. Go check 'em out. Coming
Of Age - Again is a great fic set about 15 years in the future. It's
the last of a series, and it's more of an Angel fic than about the Buffy folks,
but Xander shows up and is handled well.
Pete Milan's Stories
Pete does Xander better than damned near anyone out there, very
deliberately including the writers on the show. It's all good, baby, but allow
me to especially recommend a couple. Bash
tells us how Xander feels when he's the only guy at a Wicca party. Guardians
is a great little action-fic about vampires attacking a hospital containing
Our Heroes.
Laura Smith's Stories
Reading Laura's stories was what got me started writing fanfic
of my own. She's got some of the best Willow/Xander stuff out there, in my opinion,
and choosing a couple of favorites is extremely difficult. The
Carnival's Spell definitely qualifies. So does the Would
You Comfort
Me? series
(each word is a separate story).
Tracy's
Stories
Tracy is Laura's partner in crime. She writes some great stories.
A lot of it's Willow/Oz, but she's got some Willow/Xander in there, too. Even
If It Kills Me and Hiding
From Cupid are my favorites of her stuff.
Amy's
Stories
Amy writes lots of pairings, but her Xander/Willow stuff is my
favorite. Deeply
Involved and Personal
are both just too damned cute for words.
Don
Bentley's Stories
Don writes a damned good Xander, and even though he doesn't write
any Willow/Xander romance, their friendship comes shining through. His whole
Knight Consort series is a must-read.
Lori
Bush's Stories
Lori seems to like Buffy/Xander, which is fine by me. She writes a good Willow,
too. Patterns
Of Growth is a real treat.

Melissa's series Wesley
Wyndham-Price: Rogue Demon Hunter is lots of fun. A
Mission From God by Gileswench is a delightfully silly story about the
search for the Holy Grail. Unsung
Hero by Bri is one of my favorite Willow/Xander stories ever.
Falling To Pieces
Dozens of authors, hundreds of stories, and it's all Willow/Xander. Does it
get any better than this? I think not.
