Humming a tune he'd heard on the radio in Crowley's car, Aziraphale set his cup of hot cocoa on the table and smiled at the snow swirling outside. Snowstorms meant no customers, and no customers meant he could curl up in his chair and read without interruption.

The wind howled outside, rattling the windows, but he had candles lit, more for ambience than fear that the power would go out. The soft scent of apples and cinnamon filled the shop, mingling with the fragrance of old leather and books. Aziraphale sighed in contentment, and returned to Amelia Peabody's enthralling adventures.
