You may be wondering what this site is about. It's all about me, Victoria P.! All will love me and despair!

Or something.

Anyhow, this is just stuff about me.

I've been fannish in some way or another for as long as I can remember (Buddy Harrelson and the 1973 Mets, if you must know. I was three), and I've been making up stories for just as long. There are many, many books/movies/songs/shows that have been influential, and about whom I've imagined, but I think you can blame Little Women, It Happened One Night (and the loose remake The Sure Thing), His Girl Friday, Roman Holiday, Breakfast at Tiffany's and Moonlighting for some of my romantic preoccupations and preferences (best-friends-becoming-lovers and witty bantering opposites attracting).

I've written extensively in X-Men movieverse, and not quite so much in many other fandoms, including Buffy, Angel, Smallville, Lord of the Rings, and, most recently, Harry Potter (I just can't resist the lure of sweet-yet-angsty puppies like Sirius Black and especially, Remus Lupin. Sigh.). I've also dabbled in Firefly, West Wing (mmm... Josh/Donna), Homicide, Star Wars and Gilmore Girls (I'd like to write some good Luke/Lorelai, but haven't managed it yet).
