Summary: Petunia encounters a wizarding photo.

Notes: Written in response to the HP100 drabble challenge

Date: September 19, 2003

Dark fuzz covers the baby's head. His eyes are green and laughing, so like his mother's, even at such a young age.

Petunia looks from the photograph to her own son, sleeping fitfully in his crib. Dudley has her pale eyes and Vernon's blond hair. Symmetry of a sort.

She looks back at the photo and drops it in shock -- baby Harry is stretching and yawning, his tiny, toothless mouth gaping before closing into a pout.

Even their pictures are freakish.

Petunia throws the photograph away, never expecting the boy will be left on her doorstep several months later.
