This is the FAQ for the Unfit for Society list.

1. Who are we?
Unfit for Society began as a portal to the websites that were an outgrowth of our writing circle, consisting of Meg, Dot, Pete, Yasminke and Victoria P.
Since we write for various fandoms, some of which overlap, we figured it might be nice if people who liked our stuff could get it all in one place without having to join various mailing lists or clicking to our individual sites.
Hence, the list.
2. What do we do?
We post our fiction, we hope you send us feedback either on list or off.
We'd also like to have more generalized discussion of writing, fandom, etc.
As time passes, we'll probably have a better idea of what direction
that discussion will take, and what people are interested in, etc.
3. What are the rules?
A. No flaming. Constructive criticism is accepted - welcomed, even - but please remain civil. You will be spanked it you are not, and you will NOT enjoy it.
B. If someone posts about a fandom or a coupling or an opinion you
don't like, take it up with us offlist. There are pairings that squick
me [Vic says: and I doubt you'll ever see it on this list except as
a waystation on the road to a much better pairing <g>
and I know you know who I mean], but that's why I have a delete key,
and I know you all do too.
C. If you are not of legal age to read R or NC-17 rated fic, please
don't. For information on ratings, click here.
D. This list is for *our* fic ONLY. We encourage you to advertise
your stories or websites by posting a link and inviting the list members
to visit, but please do not post your fiction here. Any fiction
not by one of us will not be archived at the Unfit website, since
we are not running an "archive" per se.
E. Please label off-topic posts as OT. Stuff relating to Buffy, Angel, Trek, Dr. Who, X-Men, Homicide, West Wing, and any other fandom we participate in is okay, in general discussion terms.
F. Contact us if you have questions. The list moderators are Yasminke, Meg, Pete and Victoria [and Dot when she comes back from vacation - she's the silent partner].
G. We've set the list up not to accept email attachments.
There have been too many viruses etc. going around for us to be willing
to expose ourselves, and you all, to the risk.
If you want to share a file, please upload it in the files section.
